Tears For Fears, britanske art rock ikone, bodo 16. oktobra pri založbi UMC izdali novo, razširjeno verzijo svojega tretjega albuma iz leta 1989 “The Seeds Of Love”. Album bo dostopen v vseh formatih.
Ponatis albuma vključuje novi miks za katerega je poskrbel Steven Wilson v zvočni obdelavi Atmos in Stereo tehnik. Wilson pravi za “The Seeds Of Love”, da je to eden njegovih petih najljubših albumov vseh časov.
Album bo ponovno izdan v različnih varietetah CD in vinil formatov, vključno z 2LP verzijo na modrem vinilu s posebnim efektom in alternativno grafično podobo, ki združuje originalni album z B-stranmi in demoposnetki na dodatnem albumu. Med njimi bodo nekateri nasploh prvič dostopni na vinilu. Na voljo bo tudi komplet treh CD-jev z alternativnimi in raritetnimi miksi, drugačnimi verzijami singlov in B-stranmi ter Blu-rayjem.
Album “Seeds Of Love”, ki je izšel septembra 1989 in na podobo katerega je močno vplival opus velikih The Beatles, je prinesel izjemen komercialni uspeh skupini. Na britanski lestvici albumov se je uvrstil na prvo mesto in v zgolj treh tednih prejel platinasti certifikat. Tudi v Združenih državah Amerike je postal album platinast in se uvrstil na 8. mesto Billboardove Top 200 lestvice.
