Mist, slovenski doom metalci, predstavljajo svoj prvi video za single Altar Of You!
Mist se odpravljajo v letošnjem letu na koncertno turnejo ob svojo 10. obletnici delovanja. Ta dogodek so obeležili z izidom nasploh prvega videa v karieri za skladbo Altar Of You, ki izhaaj iz njehovega albuma “Free Me Of The Sun” (2018, Soulseller Records).
Video je uredila Mihaela Žitko, za kamero je skrbel Max Petač (Max Visuals), v videu sodeluje plesalka Laura Džamastagić.
Mist nastopijo danes, 27. 7. 2022, ob 14 uri 40 minut na koncertu v sklopu tolminskega Metaldays festivala.

Slovenian doom metal band Mist mark their 10th anniversary this year. With this milestone they have just released their very first music video for the song »Altar Of You« from their 2018 album »Free Me Of The Sun« (Soulseller Records).

Mist will also play live at MetalDays Festival in Tolmin, Slovenia today, July 27th, 2022. The band will be opening the main stage at 14:40 PM (CET).
When Mist first released their 2013 »Demo« as an all-female band they never dreamed it would become recognized around the globe for its unique dark harmonies contrasted by powerful feminine vocals. Their music is natural, raw and the riffs reflect the themes of their lyrics – nature, spells, death – which are more often than not deeply inspired by the occult. Mist’s traditional doom sound is being built on the legacy of legendary bands, such as Black Sabbath, Pentagram, Candlemass, Coven, Saint Vitus and others.
In 2018, Mist released ten brand new songs on their first full-length album, titled »Free Me Of The Sun«, via cult Dutch label Soulseller Records. Staying true to their traditional doom roots the band builds upon strong riffs with memorizable female vocals and epic guitar solos. The album was recorded, produced and mixed by Benjamin Kic (Metalsteel) and mastered by Patrick W. Engel (Candlemass, Pentagram, Darkthrone, Exodus) at his Temple of Disharmony studio. With this release, Mist started a new chapter on their path in the depths of doom. They are eternally grateful to fans for all their support and vow to spread the word of doom ’till death do them part.
