Posnetek zadnjega koncerta danes nič več delujočega alternativnega rock dueta The White Stripes bo izšel kot koncertni album.
Zakonca Jack in Meg White sta kot White Stripes zadnjil nastopila 31. Julija 2007 v Southavenu. Album, ki bo izšel samo v obliki vinila, bo nosil naslov “Live in Mississippi”. Band bo izdal dtudi DVD “Under Moorhead Lights All Fargo Night” s ponsetkom nastopa iz Minnesote dne 13.06.2000.
Naj spomnim, The White Stripes je bil zadnjih nekaj let neaktiven band, februarja pa je duet spoorčil, da je delovanje zasedbe tudi uradno končano.
