Pevec Johnny Gioeli (Hardline), bobnar Mike Terrana (Tarja Turunen, ex-Rage), klaviaturist Ferdy Doernberg (ex-Rough Silk), basist Volker Krawczak in personifikacija nemškega Blackmorea v malem, škrlatni barocco trubadur Axel Rudi Pell so se zaprli v novembru 2011 v studio s ko-producentom Charliejem Bauerfeind-om, da posnamejo novi studijski album “Circle Of The Oath”. Album je posnet, Bauerfiend pa se ukvarja le še z zaključnim miksanjem in masteriracijo zvoka. Vse naj bi bilo zaključeno do konca tega tedna.

“Circle Of The Oath” bo tako, kot vse izdaje Axla Rudija Pella, znova izšel pri nemški založbi SPV/Steamhammer Records, dne 26.03.2012, temu pa bo sledil prvi del nove evropske turneje.
Znani so že termini turneje “Circle Of The Oath”, na kateri bodo pred nastopi Axla Rudija Pella ogrevali obiskovalce nemški hard rockerji Mad Max:
