Nemški žanrski posebneži Electric Callboy so predstavili novi singel »Let the Good Times Roll«, pri katerem se jim je pridružil Dexter Holland, pevec legendarne punk-rock zasedbe The Offspring. Pesem je najnovejši vpogled v prihajajoči album TANZNEID, ki bo izšel 7. avgusta.
Nova skladba združuje vse elemente, po katerih so Electric Callboy postali svetovni fenomen: nalezljive pop melodije, masivne metalcore riffe, elektronske plesne ritme in značilen smisel za humor. Posebno težo skladbi daje gostovanje Dexterja Hollanda, čigar prepoznavni vokal je zaznamoval uspešnice, kot sta »Come Out and Play« in »Self Esteem«.
Sodelovanje predstavlja pomemben trenutek za člane Electric Callboy, ki so večkrat poudarili, da so bili The Offspring ena izmed skupin, ki je močno vplivala na njihov glasbeni razvoj.

Navdušenja ni skrival niti Holland: »Ko so nam Electric Callboy poslali skladbo, smo se takoj nasmehnili. Je energična, nepredvidljiva in se ne jemlje preveč resno – prav takšen duh smo vedno cenili pri punku in rocku. Z veseljem sem sodeloval pri tej pesmi.«
Izid singla sovpada z začetkom letošnje evropske festivalske sezone, v okviru katere bodo Electric Callboy nastopili tudi na največjih nemških festivalih Rock am Ring in Rock im Park.
Skupina, ustanovljena leta 2010 v Nemčiji, je v zadnjih letih postala ena najbolj prepoznavnih sil sodobne težke glasbe. German genre-bending stars Electric Callboy have unveiled their new single “Let the Good Times Roll”, featuring none other than Dexter Holland of punk-rock legends The Offspring. The track serves as the latest preview of the band’s upcoming album TANZNEID, set for release on August 7.
The song combines everything fans have come to expect from Electric Callboy: crushing metalcore riffs, dancefloor-ready electronic beats, infectious pop hooks and the band’s trademark sense of humor. Adding an extra layer of excitement is Holland’s unmistakable voice, known from classic hits such as “Come Out and Play” and “Self Esteem”.

Als besonderer Gast ist Dexter Holland, Sänger der Punk-Rock-Legenden The Offspring, mit dabei. Der Song ist der neueste Vorbote des kommenden Albums TANZNEID, das am 7. August erscheinen wird.
Der Titel vereint die charakteristischen Elemente von Electric Callboy: harte Metalcore-Riffs, elektronische Dance-Beats, eingängige Pop-Melodien und eine ordentliche Portion Humor.
