Na turneji bo na vokalu Mike Tirelli (MESSIAH’S KISS, HOLY MOTHER, BURNING STARR), ki je zamenjal siceršnjega pevca skupine Mike-a Dimeo-a, zaradi njegovih obveznosti z The Lizards. riot so pravkar končali z delom na nasledniku njihovega poslednjega studijskega dosežka “Through the Storm” iz leta 2002, ki naj bi izšel pomladi/poleti letos šri EMI (Japonska), za tem terminom pa naj bi v kratkem izšel tudi na drugih civiliziranih območjih Zemeljske oble.
DiMeo je bil v intervjuju v zvezi z novim Riot albumom zelo navdušen in je dejal: “I’m really proud of it. I think it’s probably my best performance with the band. The songs are really heavy, really cool. Reale [Mark, guitar] is a tremendous writer, so it’s hard to not get great stuff from him. He’s such a good writer that no matter what way he does it, his songs usually come out great.”
